Murray E. Ryan
Murray E. Ryan has carried on a General Practice of Law in Ottawa since 1968. He is a graduate of St. Patrick's College (B.Comm.-1963), University of Ottawa (L.B.-1966). Murray was admitted to the Bar of Ontario in 1968 and appointed Queen's Counsel in 1982.
Murray continues to use his experience in various areas of practice, including Real Estate transactions (purchases, sales and mortgage financing) Family Law (Separation Agreements and Divorce) and Estate Planning (including Wills, Powers of Attorney for Property Management and for Personal Care decisions). Murray frequently assists families in the orderly administration and distribution of family assets and wealth.
Murray enjoys participating annually in Estate Planning presentations for the Canada Retirement Information Centre as well as other groups, and has been a guest on "Its Your Money", a local radio station. For over 39 years he has demonstrated his commitment to implementing effective, practical and cost efficient Estate Planning Strategies to deal with the orderly transfer of family assets to those entitled and those under disabilities.
