Garret J. Cooligan
Mr. Cooligan specializes in insurance litigation. He appears as counsel in every level of Court in Canada.
Mr. Cooligan has and continues to sit as a Deputy Judge in the Superior Court of Justice. He also acts as a Mediator and Pre-trial Judge. His counsel is sought by other lawyers in the community. He is involved in continuing legal education programs sponsored by the local Bar Association and by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Garret was appointed Queens Counsel in 1971.
