WHAT'S NEW
We are pleased to announce that Chelsea Gilder has joined the firm as an associate. Chelsea was called to the Ontario Bar in July 2007. She completed her Articles with the firm and will continue to practice as a civil litigator, with a particular emphasis as a plaintiff's advocate.
Tom Connolly in April 2008 presented a paper on "How to Deal with Treating Doctors" at a Burlington conference of the New Lawyers Division of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
Joseph Obagi in April 2008 presented a paper on "Jury Openings-Understanding the Rules" at a Toronto Law Society of Upper Canada conference on Personal Injury Law - Special Lectures 2008.
The firm wishes to extend congratulations to Amanda Hall for having been nominated as one of a number of nominees for the Regional Senior Justice Award which is presented each February by the County of Carleton Law Association. The award honours lawyers in practice 10 years or less and who have made an outstanding contribution as a litigator or solicitor. Amanda's nomination for this award is a tribute to her successes in her early years as a lawyer and the firm acknowledges her contribution to it's reputation as a leading litigation firm.
